Shipping & Processing

Each fragrance is prepared with intention and care.

To ensure accuracy and allow for any last-minute changes, processing begins 1 business day after your order is placed. This provides a 1-business-day grace period should you need to request a cancellation.

After this window closes and processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Our standard processing time is up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). While we often ship sooner, especially during quieter periods, we kindly ask that you allow the full processing timeframe during launches and high-volume seasons.

Shipping

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are separate from our processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

A Final Note

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed during those times will begin their grace period on the next business day.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All orders placed during the Pre-Order Sale running from 05/21/2026 through 05/24/2026 are considered made-to-order preorders.

Please note that these fragrances are not ready to pour or ship at the time of purchase. Each order will be handcrafted, poured, macerated, packaged, and prepared in the order received.

Estimated processing time for all preorder purchases is 5–7 weeks before shipment. Processing time does not include transit time once the package has been shipped.

By placing an order during this preorder event, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing timeline.
