Refund policy

Due to the highly subjective nature of fragrance preferences, all perfume sales are final and returns/refunds will not be accepted. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and, when possible, test samples before purchasing. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.

We are happy to offer replacements for any defective products; however, customers are responsible for returning the original item to us before a replacement is issued. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping. Once the defective product is received and assessed, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

To keep production running smoothly and ensure timely fulfillment for all customers, Wild Magic Alchemy allows order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour window has passed, your order can no longer be cancelled.
